Errors are corrected clearly and in proportion to their impact.
How corrections work
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently. Material factual corrections add a dated note explaining what changed. A correction never erases a legitimate record of a material error.
What to include
Provide the page URL, the disputed wording, why it is inaccurate, and the strongest available source. Reports based on first-party documentation or reproducible in-game evidence receive priority.
